At ADCO Hearing Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion accessories or hearing aid apparel do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, pristine condition.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
